Lotus Assisted Living is family-owned and operated. With our strong excellent experience in business administration and the health care/medical field, we will be able to extend our care to resident care and create a safe space where individuals can grow old with dignity. This is an important part of our heritage and strongly believe in our mission to provide a comfortable, calm space for the elders where they can be as independent as they wish but receive support when they needed. Our motto is,, Purity and Strength Caring for Others", as it has been proven that Elders live happier and longer lives when they receive comfort, care, and support from their family and friends while maintaining their independence and dignity.

Our Services

LOTUS Assisted Living will offer a range of convenient services, including amenities, comfort care, and activities to ensure residents get the support and care they need, in a family-like setting that feels like home.
We cover all type of services but typically:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene as needed per resident care plan

Novi Elisabeth Oei

Administrator
Novi from California to Colorado, has over 25 years of experience working with children, the elderly, and individuals with developmental disabilities. With work history from a nursing facility to a hospital setting and as a Host Home Provider with her Certified Nurse Assistant skills background education in the Business Economy, and excellent experiences now she has been able to manage to organize, direct, and administer operations within Lotus Assisted Living to provide care, encouragement, support, and comfort to the resident with dignity, privacy, and safety.

Jordan Oei

Care Coordinator
Jordan, has over 20 years of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse, an excellent nurse in Medical Skilled and Rehab. Nursing Facility to a home health setting, with additional background education in the Analyst Design Business Economy, and excellent experiences now she has been able to manage to organize, direct, and administer operations within Lotus Assisted Living to provide care, encouragement, support, and comfort to the resident with dignity, privacy, and safety.
